How I stopped emotional eating, and how you can, too!
Imagine feeling wonderful every time you have a meal because you never eat more than you need, and only eat when you are hungry. No guilt, no shame; not “heavy” or “sick”. Imagine that every meal is a blessing which fuels your body and feeds your mind. Imagine not obsessing over food, not being controlled…
